Partners In Community Development (PICD), founded 18 years ago, is a non-profit organization that provides onsite services at low-income housing communities. We partner with the developer of the community. The developer/manager of the community provides space, utilities and a stipend and we provide services. All services are provided on site. We help to create a neighborhood where people know and care about each other.
- High quality, affordable day care centers
- Senior services – weekly lunches, memory lane events, treasure chest services
- Neighborhood services- events and affordable produce
- Teen programs – Rock steady youth
The Rochester Ideal program was started to help teens from all backgrounds come together in a safe, fun way. Our goal for this event to have a way for teens to help other teens. We hope you have fun!
